Location. I felt safe traveling alone. The room was beautiful. The staff was amazing and so kind. The food at the restaurant was amazing with wonderful staff.

Oh the elegance! From the old world exterior charm to the opulent interiors and high end art located literally everywhere, this hotel is a stunner. We were greeted warmly by the entire staff of the property and treated like royalty. The room was a standard size for a king but the bathroom was very well appointed and we loved the large soaking tub with wooden doors that opened to the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we ordered dessert room service and were not disappointed. The location just cannot be beat with a Starbucks across the street as well as the entrance to the Biltmore (we stayed here for the Land Rover Owners Day Experience). Make sure to eat at the Red Stag Grill!!! What a fabulous meal with the most attentive wait staff. A truly memorable occasion. We were sad to leave. Absolutely will be staying again in the future. I should have gone to each floor to meander around the halls to view the art. Next time!

The art gallery was wonderful. It extended throughout the ground floor. I found my way to the room by using the portraits on the walls. It was an entertaining stroll! The restaurant was great as well.

Beautiful large rooms, wonderful linens etc. Mattress doesn't mask movement from one side of the bed to the other, but was very comfy! Ate at the Red Stag, restaurant in-house, and it was delicious. Staff was lovely and welcoming, atmosphere is really cool.

Olde world eclectic decor was different than sterile conventional hotel rooms. The huge soaking tub was very relaxing.

Everything was great! It was a little price but that is what is expected with a beautiful hotel and excellent service. The style was unique, which we both loved. We will be staying again.
